Complaints.
How to raise a complaint with us, and what to expect when you do.
Draft for review
This is a starter template, not final wording. It requires review by a qualified solicitor before publication.
How to raise a complaint
We want to hear if something has fallen short. You can raise a complaint through our contact page, or by email at info@falconpartnerships.co.uk.
It helps if you can include:
- your name and the best way to reach you;
- the development or matter your complaint relates to;
- what happened, and what you would like us to do.
What happens next
We will acknowledge your complaint promptly, usually within a few working days, and aim to give you a full response within eight weeks. If we need longer, we will tell you why and when to expect a reply.
If you are not satisfied
If you are unhappy with our response, let us know and we will review it again at a senior level. If you remain unhappy after our final response, we will set out any further escalation options available to you.
For complaints about how we have handled your personal data, you can also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
