We turn old buildings into lettable homes: mills, offices, tired commercial units. We handle the change of use, keep the character worth keeping, and bring every system up to modern standard.
Extensions & refurbishment
Anything from a single-storey extension to a full structural refurbishment. We extend, reconfigure and renew existing buildings, and we sweat the finish in every room.
Commercial & fit-out
CAT A and CAT B fit-out for offices, retail and hospitality. Phased, out-of-hours programmes that keep you trading while we build.
Groundworks & structural
The bit everything else stands on. Enabling works, drainage, foundations and reinforced concrete, set out to survey-grade tolerances.
Design & build
One team answerable for the design, the programme and the delivery. We coordinate the consultants and carry the risk, from first sketch to final sign-off.

The track record
Led by our head of construction.
A delivery record stretching back to 2009. Our Head of Construction has led projects including:
- Estate-wide external works, walls, gates, railings and driveways, across 1,700 homes in South Manchester.
- 600 council homes refurbished across West Lancashire, electrical, structural and cosmetic upgrades throughout.
- A neglected barn near Preston, brought back as four six-bedroom homes with its original walls kept.
- A former car park in Greater Manchester, now a community of 15 new-build homes.
- Residential blocks across Merseyside brought up to modern living standards, structurally and thermally.
