Cookie Policy.
Essential cookies run the site. Optional analytics and advertising cookies are set only if you accept them.
Our approach
This website works fully without optional cookies. We set only what is strictly necessary to run the site unless you tell us otherwise. Optional analytics and advertising cookies are set only after you accept them through our cookie banner, which defaults to declining them. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer.
Essential storage (always on)
- Your cookie choice. A small amount of local storage in your browser remembers whether you accepted or declined optional cookies, so we don’t ask on every visit. It stays on your device and is not used to track you. We ask again after 12 months.
- Platform cookies. Our hosting provider may set strictly-necessary cookies to deliver and secure the site. These are required for the site to work and, being strictly necessary, do not require consent under PECR.
Optional cookies (only if you accept)
If you accept, we use the following to understand which marketing brings people to the site and to measure how our advertising performs. None of these are set unless you consent.
- Attribution (“falcon_attr”). A first-party cookie, stored for up to 90 days, that records how your visit arrived: campaign tags in the link you clicked (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content), a Google Ads click identifier (gclid) if present, the website that referred you, and the page you landed on. If you later make an enquiry, this helps us connect it to the marketing that reached you. We share it with our customer-relationship-management provider, which processes enquiries on our behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Meta (Facebook) pixel (“_fbp”, and “_fbc” if you arrive from a Meta advert). Set by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, typically stored for around 90 days. It measures the performance of our adverts on Facebook and Instagram and lets us reach similar audiences. The pixel is loaded only after you accept; decline and it is never loaded and sets nothing. See Meta’s privacy policy for how it uses this data.
Changing your mind or managing cookies
Use the Cookie preferences link in the footer to accept or decline at any time. Declining after previously accepting stops the Meta pixel collecting further data and clears the optional cookies. You can also clear or block cookies and site storage through your browser’s settings, though blocking essential storage may affect how parts of the site work.
